We always talk about it.  We always refer to using it.  We always say it works great!  It’s the  foam roller!!  Not only will you finally be able to see what it looks like, but now you’ll learn   how to actually use it and get the best benefit out of it.  Dr. Ruesch will be going over different ways to use the foam roller to help relax and massage out your tight muscles.  All the constant aches and pains that just aren’t getting any better with stretching, more often than not, can be helped with foam rolling when done correctly.  If you already have a foam roller, please bring it to this class.  If you don’t have a roller, we’ll let you know the best place to get one.
